Sally Freeman is a retired Director of Business Operations in the non-profit drug and alcohol rehabilitation sector. She coordinated maintenance across 16 facilities, partnered with counsel on defalcation investigations, managed security operations, and oversaw client safety.

 

She holds an Associate of Science in Fire Science from City College of San Francisco, with coursework in fire prevention, terrorist tactics, rescue practices, fire behavior and investigation, wildland fire management, hazardous materials, and disaster preparedness, as well as advanced first aid and emergency care.

 

Sally has extensive experience serving her community, including work with non-profits supporting at-risk populations and providing critical services to frail elders.

 

Her background includes support for law enforcement and security: time with the Air National Guard and service with the Duluth Police Department as a civilian. In the private sector she led asset-protection initiatives in loss prevention and conducted criminal background investigations for organizations including the California State Bar Association.

 

In retirement, she is learning website development and volunteering as a supporter, foster, and advocate with a well-known rabbit rescue organization in the San Francisco Bay Area.
